I was watching the laughing baby on you tube and then I started to look for the Lou Holtz half time pep talk for USF several years ago.  Does anyone have that link?

I thought this would be about Lou showing up at the first day of spring practice.  Would have been waiting for "Were the players wearing ponchos?" jokes.

It was on YouTube until recently. It may have been removed.
