Where is he going? Would he be a great fit for CSH's offense? Is USF a restriction on his conditional release? This guy got torn up by Schiano's schizophrenic approach to what offense he wanted to run. He was a Rock Star coming in but got destroyed in 4 starts as a Freshman.  No word on where he wants to go but Holtz would be a welcome change from Sciano. Ranked 4 stars on Rivals as 8th best PSQB in US, he might be a project worth undertaking.

Iis my understanding that Big East football players cannot transfer to schools within the conference. That rule was passed several years ago. USF wanted a different rule which would have allowed players to transfer to a Big East school in their home state, but that was rejected.

Brian Bennett from ESPN said it's a conditional release, so he won't be able to transfer to any school on Rutgers schedule.
