Big Ten divisions:  Leaders  and Legends, I have the following suggestions: Slow and Slower, Cheesy and Lame, and Dumb and Dumber.

My suggestions for division names:

Molasses in Winter division

Tortoise division

85 year old driving a Smart Car division

Vince Young taking the Wonderlic division

All of them describe Big 10 football perfectly.

On a very serious note, it is so obvious that the "G" is going to become a "6" on their logo.  To believe otherwise is to believe that "B1G" makes any sense at all.
