usf needs to get lock down florida talent

usf doesnt need texas talent

tcu will get better texas players

EVERYONE in teh Big East is a winner in this

A strong team added = A stronger Conference

A stronger conference = More recruits willing to choose you.

This may only be a first step.. but its a step, and to the right direction.
