'Gree O'bull, get some Sunbelt, MAC & CUSA cellar dwellars in with those schedules.  Optimum OCC schedules would be a high end BCS (ie OK, FL, Auburn), a low end BCS (ie Baylor, KY, Vandy, Duke), high end midmajor (NIU, Memphis, UNT) and two auto W's.  The BE schedule plus one top 25 team should be good enuff unless USF is slated for a banner yr.  Then 2 top 25 teams and a Top 35 with a coupla easy Ws.

If they do approve 12 games schedules, will it take 7 D1 wins to go to a bowl, instead of 6?

I thought you had to win at least 50% of your games to be eligible.

Meaning 6-5 (11 games), 6-6 (12 games) or 7-6 (13 games).
