I personally hate the sand colored bricks of the older buildings and prefer the red colored bricks of the newer buildings.  I also hate the claustrophobic tight concrete block hallways in buildings like Cooper Hall (or whatever they call it today).  I think the newer building designs are better for the larger student population numbers of today's USF.

I have seen some of the new greenery on campus, and it is better than the sand and desert of the old days.  We used to sweat like crazy in the sun baked grass and sidewalks back in the day.

On the flip side, maybe this is why today's students are so overweight.  They have too many creature comforts and do not have to sweat out all the beer from the previous night's parties.  >:D
