smazza, auburn deserves shot as much as any team.  They were undefeated this year period.  USC had close games to worse teams than VT such as Stanford and UCLA.  I too believe they were the best team this year (USC) but I do feel bad that the system will not allow us to see it on the field.

As for playing in an NFL team I will assume you are kidding and just having fun.  If you truly believe that you show a lot of ignorance.

Smazza, in order for USC to beat ANY NFL team, they'd have to have a roster full of NFL-ready talent.  All the way down.  Every man, every position.  I know this is obvious, but remember that all 32 NFL teams pick and choose from the best of the best of the best.

Now, I know you're all jacked up that USC won, but even the lowly San Francisco 49ers have a team full of the best of the best.  To claim that USC could beat them is about the most ludicrous thing I ever read.

USC MIGHT be able to beat an Arena Ball team, a team full of low-round NFL draft picks and undrafted free agents, but even then I have my doubts.  Unless every single player on USC makes it to the NFL, your statement is retarded.

this has been debated in years past (old tampa bay bucs and whether they could beat a college team)  All knowlegable people agree, no college team can beat even the worst nfl team.
