Although the listed article has Marcquis from Stone Mtn, GA he is actually from Powder Springs, GA. He is planning to make USF an official although he and Rory Anderson(actually from Stone Mtn) appear to be favoring USCe.

Correction. Rory is from McEachern and Powder Springs as well. More bad info from the blogosphere. Scout lists Anderson with interest in South Florida. Neither Rivals nor ESPN have gotten it yet. It does sound like they are considering a possible package deal though.
