Cused sucked.  Will the BE pull an 0 fer in the bowls this season.  That would not look good as far as respect goes.

Cuse will get a new head coach after that performance for their new AD from USC. Look for the new AD to go after Norm Chow to become the head coach for Syracuse. Chow may make for a good head coach coming from Soutern Cal. I believe smazza would agree that Syracuse needs to hire Chow.

A 6-5 Syracuse team losing to Georgia Tech is one thing. But the NBE schools absolutely cannot be taking bowl losses to the likes of Marshall and Toledo.

NBE beond help....

And yet, UCF would have jumped at a chance to join.  Go figure.

I am one UCF Supporter that did not and would not favor going to the nbe as a football only member.  All sports as usf did is another story.

this was a woodshed thrashing

cuse was not in this game after 30 sec

calling it like it is.

this was a poor showing by the BE

The whole conference is down this year - unless you count Louisville out of the old conference. Hopefully we can all pick it up next year - I am optimistic that USF will continue to improve.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."

    Jim Leavitt
