Same feeling here. Luckily, by coincidence, I took this whole week off. Tomorrow afternoon will be spent following the hoopla like a complete geek.

Do you have experience selling previous versions of your iPhone to cover the cost of the new one? If so, I'd love your advice as this will be my first go around selling my 3GS.

yeah... usually I sell my iPhone(3GS in this case) the day i get my new one. I post a 24hr auction on eBay. This year I plan on trying out craigslist so I can avoid some of the eBay charges.

I'm fully eligible for an upgrade this time around, I plan on selling my 32GB 3GS for around $400. Then I'll buy the largest capacity new iPhone for hopefully $299.

Awesome, I'm in the same boat, fully eligible but I have a 16GB version. All I'm interested in is re-couping the cost of the new phone, don't care about a profit. Hope I'll be able to do that. From browsing quickly on eBay it appears that I can.
