It's very easy to play this game.

2008:  USF has a draft pick before FSU, Miami, or any other in-state school that's not UF.  Miami barely had a 1st round pick.

2010:  USF repeats the feat, this time with FSU barely getting a 1st round pick.

That makes us #2 in the state, clearly.

And where are all the HS AA that went to USC in the 1st Round of the draft ?

IMO USF is hurting on this list directly because of the mass amount of departures in the defensive skill positions.  Personally I'd like to see this list after the season.
