So what happens to Canales's Toro Loco without Grothe? According to Canales the offense won't be rewritten and Daniels won't be "harnessed." Does that mean we can expect to see this formation further into the season, with BJ lined up out wide and Landi under center?

That formation seemed like the basis of our well-guarded secret plays.

Doubt Landi will see too much playing time as he's now the #2, with no well established #3.

Outside of Grothe, Daniels, and Landi, I haven't really paid attention to our QB recruiting. But according to my handy-dandy iPhone app (CFB Plus!), we also have Eppes, Marc, and Virgin on the roster at QB. Are they redshirting, or could they play in the Toro Loco?

Eppes is a walk-on, Marc is now 2nd team safety, and Virgin is a tight end.
