I'd almost skip my own wedding for the Masters... diff'rent strokes, for diff'rent folks...Have you ever been? I have a friend from work who's family has passes and he invites me every so often. The first time I went it was exciting, I mean the tradition is like no other sporting event I have ever been to. The crowds aren't bad cause they don't sell a ton of tickets, they have pimento cheese sandwiches for like $1 I think, it is really exciting. The second time I was invited, I don't know, it just wasn't as exciting. It is a long drive up there, golf always seems like a sport that is better/easier to watch on TV.Now the Wednesday practice rounds, that is a different story. You can register on-line and if I win those (or someone I know) no way would I miss it. You get the tradition and excitement of being at Augusta, players are much more loose, it is just a fun day. Those who are raking on the game of golf just do not understand it. Watching Tiger Woods is something that will never get old for me.

I am at the Masters, missing the spring game. It is something that can not be missed for a true golfer. And the sandwiches are $1.

If you haven’t been, try to make arrangements. It is the most beautiful plot of land on earth; never mind that a competition happens to take place among those skilled at the highest level.
