I don't think so.  He will probably play tonight and if not he will be ready for Syracuse.  I think his draft stock will be fine.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, it depends on how lingering this injury is and how is performance is after he returns from injury. That will determine his draft stock. If Selvie comes back 100% and has another big year, his draft stock will be fine

Every player goes through a high ankle sprain...  I don't see this doing anything to his "draft stock"
