I was 3 or 4 feet in the air when I feet where taken out from underneath me at Old Dominion University and I landed on my back.  My legs and the other guy came down on mean and pushed my feet and legs into my chest.  Strained every muscle in my back.  Could not walk standing up for two days.  Went back out and played two weeks later.

If you get knocked off the horse get back on life is short live it up.
