I don't feel sorry for them at all.  Rutgers, like USF, is a State school, answerable to the taxpayer.  They are trying to be an SEC type team trying to guild a big expansive, expensive stadium.  If they are doing something shady, I really hope they get slapped hard. 

Yes, at some point in time I can see USF having its own stadium, but until we can do it right and within the realm of reality, I will be satisfied playing in a great NFL stadium.

BTW, I assume your comment about feeing bad was "tongue in cheek".

People make light of USF's budgets compared to other BCS teams, even to other Big East teams. Well, if the alternative is to be like Rutgers and neglect the rest of the school and the rest of the athletic department in order to drive the football team forward, then it isn't worth it.
