Seriously, what is the delay.  This needs to happen. I'd love to walk with a C-usa title going to the bigeast. However, I'd rather play the big dogs now, I wanna know where we really stand. I hope this thing gets goin'

As I understood the 'move to the BE early' issue, it needed to be worked out before the end of '03. Since it is now late Feb '04, the Bulls are playing in C-USA for one last year.
