I predict a sweep. The Rays are a good team. I also agree they are prob better than the Marlins.

The Marlins are lucky the the rest of the NL EAst has stunk it up pretty bad.

Will the Rays make the playoff's? It's surly possible but you will still have to compete with the Yanks and Sox, You know the Yankees will spend money.

Will the Marlins make the playoff's. It's possible but they need to make some moves.

Who has the better shot? The Rays, however the Marlins may win the NL East by default.

I am here to eat crow.

The one thing I dont do is run and hide after my team loses.

And no more negative comments about the Rays.

Especially attendance, you guys had 13,000 last night.  At least the Rays will get 20,000 on a Wednesday night.

The attendance is weak for both teams, I didnt start that fight. And the Rays do not average 20k on Wednesday nights.

I fixed the comment for you

The year the Marlins won the world series, you only cracked 30K when the Cubs visited Miami... on a WEEKEND.

The Rays (who haven't won a world series) pulled in no less than 31K for any of the three mid-week games against the same team.  Let me guess... there aren't as many Chicago transplants in a metro area of 5+ million as there are in tiny little Tampa?

That was 30K, retard.  Twice as much as miami could hope for.  Not to mention, Miami is a larger city.

This was also the first ever trip to the Trp for the Cubs. The series sold may tickets the week tickets went on sale.

The Rays average 19 K, and we all agree that they pull more during the weekend series, right?

So there is no way the average 20K on Wednesday nights.

I have always said Miami is a bad sports town, but Tampa is in the same boat.

But you're not getting the point, MIAMI IS MUCH BIGGER THAN TAMPA!  You have more population to draw from.  And the Bucs and Lightning have a lot of fans showing up.  The Rays have sucked for 10 years.  The fans aren't gonna show up overninght, people are skeptical.  You guys have won it twice and STILL no one shows up, therefore, miami is much worse than tampa.

Ok Miami sucks real real bad, Tampa just sucks real bad.

The Dolphins, and Heat draw well.

Please show me a post where I said Miami is a good sports town. I know at one point I even said that the Marlins should relocate. Hopefully the new ball park does something for attendance. I have my doubts.
