Don't sell Banks short.  We know he has the ability to play well.

Alabama?  Oklahoma?  Arkansas?

he's shown he plays well in the big games (when not injured)

he only played for 2 series and scored on all of them at Ark and at OU and how can you say he didn't play well at bama?  We were dominating that game thanks to banks until the JR reed fumble on the kickoff return.  He at least played a GREAT first half.

do you forget TCU.

i am less concerned with him scoring than him making dumb mistakes, taking sacks when he could throw the ball away, fumbling on his own 20 ect.  and putting thee defense in a deep hole

I hope Ronnie has forgotten TCU because that seemed to be the game that got to him.  He has played in the big crowd atmosphere so that won't be new to him.  if the man that is going to carry this team steps up - Andre Hall - Banks will be fine.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
