If it is what I think it is, then my friend's father had CRAZY nightmares... the kind where he was murdering and slaughtering people. True story. He also said they worked really well. So I guess it's a trade off.

What's crazy about dreaming of murdering and slaughtering people?  I thought that was normal. ;)  You are thinking of the right thing though.  I've heard the rumors of nightmares and/or very vivid dreams.  It's making my legs heavy and I have bad cotton mouth.

Someone where I work takes this... Or....took this.  But she didn't have any weird side effects.  It worked for her pretty well til one day she just randomly decided to quit the Chantix.
