Is that really racist or just a fun way to make light of commonly held stereotypes that are perpetuated through the hiphop culture....every group has its stereotypes and if one is so easily offended by them they have much deeper issues than with the original comment itself.

It appears to me that the title of the post reads:

"David Letterman's Top 10 reasons why there are no black NASCAR drivers" 

I don't see anything referencing the top 10 reasons why there are no "hiphop culture" Nascar drivers. Your post makes a number of inferences.  I'll let you elaborate on so you can dig your own hole....
