Why is this class better than last years ? How close are they in terms of talent ?

Seem pretty close. But when you look at the needs we actually filled, it was a great class. Having Baker at CB is going to be awesome. Getting the QB position solidified in the future with Daniels. Bedford at DE and alot of linemen, I think it was a success.

I really love the group of DBs we have signed in the last 2 years .

Washington, Butler, Cha Cha and Douglass from 07 and Taylor, Baker and Lejiste from 08 .

We should be solid in our secondary for the next few years .

That's impt because as much success as we have had putting lb's in the league (kawika, snake, big ben) our most heralded will most likely be db's (henry, reed, jenks, trae)

Looks like we are going to become a decent nfl factory on D

Next year could see t mac and big George and if bedford fits the mold he will probably follow the year after
