We are returning 17 starters. We have guys in place to take over for the guys we are losing. Don't get too depressed about who we do not end up landing today. CJL has done more with worse recruiting classes than he will pull in this year, and we will continue to climb into the NCAA elite.

I just saying that even though we didn't get Streeter, etc. This is still a pretty good class. We still have a good portion of the team that rose to number 2 last year, and we have a slightly easier schedule this year with Slaton, Rice, and Brohm gone.

Don't forget that CJL has been working his magic for 11 years with very little "star talent", and he will do it again this season.

I agree, next year is a huge recruiting year for us.

In all seriousness, this does suck for USF.  However, we will come out on top.  We may not get to #2 again next year, but we will beat UCF and 4 out of 7 Big East teams again.

How could you even predict that?  they were a top 3 team last year, and they return almost all of their starters. Plus, players like brohm, rice, and slaton will not be in the conference next year. So that statement does not even make sense?
