Thanks Eric, I called yesterday and got a ticket, probably no better a ticket as I would have received otherwise.  But I was a bit upset that the burden was entirely on me to follow up on this, when I did as I was asked and faxed in the sheet by the 30th.  Secondly, where would the fax with my credit card info on it end up?  My main concern is the losing of paperwork with that info on it.

They do not have your order for some reason either.  If you can, fax it to my attention at 974-0008.  I will make sure you get seats comparable to you donor priority.

I can probably get you close to them as the student tickets have yet to be assigned.  You can get the form online at www.gousfbulls.com.  Click order bowl tickets and it should send you right to the form.
