Banks was taken to a hospital, that document says.El-Amin, a junior from Purcell-Marian High School, appeared in court Saturday and pleaded not guilty, according to a judge’s document.That report also says officials took “lengthy attempts†to find out Banks’ condition. The report notes “facial injuries and swelling†and says Banks was not in the hospital.El-Amin posted bond of $5,000, according to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts web site.El-Amin was ordered to stay away from Banks.UC football coach Brian Kelly could not be reached for comment.
