after game 6, i think the whole whirlwind made us lose focus, and The Jim-- like the rest of our guys-- had never been there before and didnt know how to bring us down to earth.

we've been there, been humbled, and the guys know what they need to do.

they lost before they hit the field

they will be completely intimidated and terrified of field and weather conditions

It seems every time USF players and fans look ahead we all lose. After this year we should not be taking other teams for granted.

greeny,  It doesn't matter whether the fans look ahead or not.  You can bet your a$$ that CJL is not letting the guys look ahead.  The team will be playing in a less than perfect situation.  The field is probably going to be for crap and the weather is not going to favor us, but I still have a good feeling about the game.

Exactly, but why don't people get it? FANS OVERLOOKING A GAME HAS NO IMPACT ON IT. If CJL overlooks the game because some of our fans seem to, then he's a bad coach and needs to be replaced...but I don't think we have to worry about that, especially what we have been through this season. I'd be more worried if we were 11-0

usf needs win to finish in top half of big east
