FR RBs: Get experience now? Pros/Cons?

Let me clarify, I am not saying give up the season.  I am saying roll the dice and try something different and possibly win out or worst case go back to what you were doing and say you gave it a shot.

We need to play ALL our Rb's more, and play them together for a change. Don't believe me? Go back and look at the tape. How many times int he last three games  were we in the red-zone with an empty backfield? How many times were we on third down without a single RB in there? Our offensive sets have been consistently foolish. Do we not know how to run a play out of I-formation with a HB and a FB? How about running a 3 WR set with 2 HB's? If we think that "selling out" to the defense that we're passing...but really trying to open up the QB run...it's cute but not going to work ALL the time.

My kingdom for a 3 receiver spread set with B. Williams and Ford lined up shoulder to shoulder with Grothe .... or an I-formation with Taylor in the backfield w/ richard kelly...

WVU has been giving their star RB the ball, in the same type of offense since he was a FR.  Giving him the ball has allowed their super fast QB a chance to also run.  The key is the RB in this O, and as we stand we currently have none
