Huge number.  And I'd rather see the money go to Juvenile Diabetes than an OCS.

However maybe they can build the new research buildings as part of an OCS so we can get state and federal funding for a kickass stadium ;^)

I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but do you guys realize that USF will ALSO receive approximately $85MM in overhead associated with this grant?  That's assuming a 50% overhead right, which is kind of conservative...
