Yes and i was also in the student section shaking my head when the rest of the students were chanting ******** on obvious penalties by us.  The bull **** chant when used improperly makes you look like a bunch of idiots.

Exactly. I don't mind the bull**** chant.......WHEN IT'S A BAD CALL.

These idiots like to chant it after any penalty called against us, which makes everyone look stupid

That's the thing I don't get... they chant at every flag.  Sometimes, people, sometimes USF does actually commit the penalty.

Sometimes?!?!

FYI...

No one on ESPN heard the chants against UWV.  Congrats to the idiots in the student section for getting the mics turned off.  There was no crowd noise on the broadcast.  You could not tell how much noise the full house was making.    During the UNC game the mics were on in the student section and you could hear the BS chant on every penalty.  I guess ESPN had enough after one game.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
