Makes for a great photo, but from my seat in the stands, looked a little silly with no defenders close to him.  Looked like he could have strolled into the end zone.  At least he's having fun!  ;D

And they possibly could have called a penalty on him. They must have thought that there were defenders close enough...

From the South Endzone -- into which he is diving -- it looked like he expected another hit and was trying to give himself momentum... which is probably why he wasn't flagged for the play.

From the South Endzone -- into which he is diving -- it looked like he expected another hit and was trying to give himself momentum... which is probably why he wasn't flagged for the play.

he just had broken a tackle at his ankles --- it wasn't that bad of an idea to make a leap

And don't forget, he DID just shed a tackler; maybe he thought that guy was still right behind him. I think in context in looked fine.
