You guys will match up really well against UL.  Your offense will run all over 'em...and you have a good defense...good enough to stop them.  I see USF as having the complete edge over UL....that defense just isn't there.

Kentucky should show UofL the second best offense they'll see this year, so we'll see how the defense adjusts on the 15th.

It's up to the Bulls on Saturday to get back some of the BigEast respect that the Cards just threw up.

MOST YARDS GAINED, GAME - 580, vs. Liberty on 10/27/01

MOST YARDS PASSING, GAME - 364, Matt Grothe vs. Syracuse, 11/11/06

MOST YARDS RUSHING, GAME - 275, Andre Hall at UAB, 11/3/04

MOST YARDS RECEIVING, GAME - 149, Clif Dell vs. Kentucky Wesleyan, 9/6/97

On another note, the Big East HAS to have its best teams play better on defense than that. Or else everyone's going to assume this conference is like the WAC of the 80s and 90s.

I think(actually I hope) that UofL will be better on defense when it comes time to play you guys. Seriously though, that's the worst defense I've seen ever, no exageration. There was a play where a flanker was left uncovered from the snap, we didn't have a corner on that side of the field. The players just couldn't get to the ball, it was disgusting. I hope it was an aberration, and not a trend.
