The money will not be used to build stadiums, dormitories, parking garages or student unions.

A recent article shows the Board of Governors' master list for construction spending.

The funds allocated for each state school can be seen here...

Glad to see the state finally giving USF the funds it needs to build new classrooms.  Every year, USF would ask for funding for new classrooms, and the state would fund one project while ignoring the other six or seven pressing needs.
