Steve, did you read the entire thing.  "USC will never have more than a few losing seasons in a row. "  It acknowledges that USC can stink with a bad coach but not for long, then they go back to the top.

I find it most interesting that of all the teams in the Big East, which does not have a superpower, he picks USF not WV, UL or Rutgers.  The team in the Big East (of the big four) that has not yet made the top 25.  That type of prediction really takes (crystal) balls. :
