1.  You don't have enough facts to determine whether or not "nobody is at fault".

I did not "determine", only assumed.

2.  You admit you don't know enough about Barry Cohen, so why make assumptions?

Why do I make assumptions ? Because everyone does, this is a chat/message board ... and we're talking about a " wrongful death lawyer" 

3.   Different people take different approaches to the same problem.  Who's to say which is the best for them?

That is why I question the length of time it has taken the ME to get a final report out!  If the ME can get the Anderson autopsy done in record time, I wonder why it is taking this long for Keeley's.    I definitely don't blame Keeley's family for trying to get the results one way or another.   And as I said before, if hiring Barry Cohen gets them a final answer, GOOD!
