Five NCAA appearances in the last 9 years.

Eight of the last nine years he has played in mid-march.

This is his first year he didn't make the post-season..  

How about we just hire a guy who looks good in a suit and has a good pedigree.

Pittino didn't have a track record when he left Cuse did he? How'd that turn out? Tim Welsh from Providence didn't have one either when he left Cuse, and he seems to be doing well.

We need a big name, or an assistant to a big name.
