Why couldn't Lutz do more with 4 top 20 classes than make the tourney 5 times over 9 years?

In a major conference?  CUSA was not a top 5 conference and neither is the A10.

I'll pass.

CUSA wasn't considered a Mid-Major pre shake-up, was it? Maybe not a top 5 conference but certainly not a mid-major back then ...
