I talked to someone in the Bulls office on the flight to Birmingham about this briefly.  I don't remember all of the conversation, but basically he said that there were still plans, but it would probably not have the bull on the field.  It would probably be in a cage outside the stadium for the fans to see, etc.

The main issue was liability I think.

Glazers do not own Tampa Stadium.  The Tampa Sports Authority controls it, however they would be the ones to kill the idea.

The Glazers would profit from having a live bull at the games. You see, that live bull may bring in more casual fans which will buy more consessions to fill the Glaser's wallet.
