I don't think the arrest will have any impact at all. Hill told me he isn't signing but will be here in the summer. He had originally intended on going to HCC, but the USF folks told him he didn't need to -- hard sometimes to get courses that can be transferred to count at USF with some majors. I wouldn't read anything into the fact that he isn't on the official USF list. I'm not saying he couldn't change his mind between now and summer, but in talking to both sides of things, I think he'll be on campus this summer ...
