USF Baseball Game Tickets On Sale Now

Tampa, Fla. (January 25, 2007) – University of South Florida 2007 baseball game tickets and inaugural baseball/softball lead-off banquet tickets are on sale now at USF.  

Game tickets can be purchased at the ballpark on game day or in advance by calling 1-800-GoBulls between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (EST) Monday-Friday.

Adults can attend a single USF game this season for $5 while seniors (65-and-older) and children (12-and-younger) are $3. Groups of 10-or-more fans will be charged $2 per person. Children under the age of three attend Bulls games for free.

Season tickets are $99 this year, with senior (65 and older) and junior (ages 3-12) rates at $49. A family plan – including four people, maximum of two adults – is $200.

SEASON RATES:

Season: $99

Season senior: $49 (senior 65 and over)

Season junior: $49 (junior is ages 3-12)

Family plan: $200 for four people, max. two adults

No charge for three and under

SINGLE GAME RATES:

Adult: $5

Children: $3 (12 and under)

Senior: $3 (65 and over)

Group: $2 (group is 10 or more)

No charge for three and under

Tickets for the inaugural baseball/softball lead-off banquet are also still available, and can be purchased for $50 apiece, while tables of 10 cost $45 per person. To reserve one of these spots please respond to Amabel Aqui at (813) 974-4223 by Monday, Feb. 5.

The banquet will be held Thursday, Feb. 8 at the Embassy Suites on the campus of USF and will start with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Highlighting the event will be appearances by Major League Baseball celebrities and 2004 Gold Medal Softball Olympians.

Coach Lelo Prado, along with his three new coaches, 13 first-year Bulls and 18 returning players, open the 2007 season Feb. 9-11 in Tampa against High Point University. The first pitch is at 6 p.m. on both Feb. 9 and 10, and at noon on Feb. 11.
