From Greg's Blog:

UHATAFE LEAVING, WITH DEGREE: Junior defensive tackle Siaosi Uhatafe, a Gibbs graduate who had three tackles while playing in six games last season, will graduate in May with a communications degree and not return for his final year of eligibility, coach Jim Leavitt said.

WHY?

Don't know, but one more schollie opens...

Fixed the Mompremier / Robinson Swap.

Did McKenzie get his waiver yet?  I won't put him into the 2/3 deep until I see that it is official for him.

I don't think Cedric Hill is the returning starter at TE... I thought Will Bleakley started at TE most of last year.

Otherwise, the chart is looking GREAT.  Especially given how young the team STILL is... only losing 3 offensive starters after 2007... with a couple of solid OL and WR backups and recruits to take their place.  My 2008 concern will be on defense -- losing 9 off the 2-deep, including 2 DL and both CBs.

not trying to start another debate here, but stirrups being here in 08 would help losses of DTs.  I think we have at least 1 replacement for CB in murphy (I just remember him playing well, not sure about others) and we are getting some recruits in this year there.  I think it's great that there are only a few positions to worry about in 2008 now, and 2007 looks rock solid now that we'll have some RB depth and with jenkins staying (although, like I said, I like Murphy so far).
