I'll start:

Why is Matt so effective?

1) I think he is extremely cool underpressure and makes very good decisions.

2) He is a competitor -he was probably born to play QB.

3) slippery! He finds ways to get out of tackles --simply natural at it.

4) good mechanics: he throws a good ball. Not all that easy, folks.
