I am pretty sure college coaches, rivals and scout are not asking your opinion about the skill level of high school prospects.

But that's the perception of the public.

It's common sense.  His brother sucks at FSU and his brother is going to a non-BCS school.

How else will the public view it?

 If there is one position that has a good coach at UCF, it's George Godsey as QB coach.  Hell, he got Moffett to play 1 season lights out, which is 1 more season than I expected him to do.

A good coach won't let a QB go from "good" to "average"...

I watched Joe Weatherford the last couple of years, and I honestly think he's a product of a good system that had some outstanding receivers.  There's no comparing him to his brother Drew;  had Drew had the supporting cast that Joe had in high school, Land O'Lakes could have won a state championship.

I hope for both UCF and Joe's sakes that I'm wrong, but I don't think he's good enough to play D1 college football.
