FRUSTRATING TICKET PURCHASE EXPFERIENCE!!!

Why do I get a message or busy signal?  Why not have an option to "stay on the line and the operator will be with you soon".  I want the Ai It Out Package.

I called at 8:12 and got the message and left a message and number.

I tried again at 8:32 got a more specialized message and tried to leave a message, but the mailbox was full.

So I sent an email via the Tiocket order site at 8:35.

I got a return call (from my first message) at 8:50 and placed my order.

They are swampped, they will get to you soon, hopefully.  They are not set up for things like this since it only a one or two times a year item.  They will get better.  In the mean time, leave the message, relax, and they should get back to you soon.

They are doing the best they can.

Ordering online is the way to go.  If you guys read the ticket information page of the Bowl Headquarters you could tell that they are trying to get everyone to order these online.  The calls that they are receiving are for the travel packages (air and ground).

Yes but NOTE .....

JebBull and I both had to call because we wanted the travel packages.  Agreed if you only want tickets use the online, leave the phone calls for those who need the packages.

Vicki, it wasn't a bad experience, only anxious, because I didn't want the packages to sell out before I could get our names in.  That happend to me last year on the New Year's party.

As a follow-up, I corresponded with Vicki at the Athletic Department this afternoon and everything is fine.  Yes, I was a little anxious this AM but my wife and I are booked and looking forward to going.
