Tickets are only $30?

Wow. I just coughed up $45 for the GMAC Bowl. :-/

I hope you still get a Pizza Bowl ticket.

It is good to see this thread running along... Do we want to donate these tickets to the students in the name of  thebullspen.com  or via BullBackers or some other name or group???

Someone please give some feedback, is there a vehicle to make this work so students get them in their hands?  Did we not do something like this last year?  

Just curious.

Are you saying that a $30 ticket is going to stop a student from going to the Pizza Bowl if they don't get one for free?

i meant more students will go for free....but if someone wants to go...theyll go regardless if they have to pay or not

Travel packages for USF students will be posted on the SG website shortly (SG is still discussing details with Athletics and Student Affairs).  Keep checking http://www.sg.usf.edu for more info.

Of course, Athletics fronted the money to buy 500 tickets for students (FREE!).  If you tell the ticket office when you buy tickets that you would like them to go to students, you can.  They are not designated for any one student, they just go into the pool of 500+.  It would be great to see everyone "sponsor" a student ticket, as the tradition will only grow as those who were sponsored become alumni... they then will sponsor and so on.

I will keep everyone posted here of what happens with the SG student travel stuff.

Yes, I'll go no matter what, but saving $30 sure would be nice.
