not too impressed with the attendance tough....anyone know how many we had?

I'm guessing somewhere around the 3K mark ...... announced.  ;)

Attendence wont pick up until the BIG EAST schedule. By then, football will be pretty much over which will bring in more casual fans. USF needs to keep on winning though to help out though.

Attendance is nice, but wins are what matter most now.  We know there is a direct relationship, so we need to keep taking care of business and the attendance will improve.

Another interesting fact - no one had to play 40 minutes tonight!   :D

It was great to see all those walk-ons get to play in the game. They work pretty hard, so it is nice to see them get some PT.

Uh, no.  Not unless he can really develop his range in the next month.  He's 6'6.... if you can't shoot well at 6'6 in the nba, you are a big liability.

I love Mattis and what he brings to our team.  He is good for us because we have a bunch of shooters, and he flies around and gets all his points near the basket where we need him.  He is a beast, (and a real stat machine - 22 pts, 14 reb, 5 blocks, 3 steals, 81% shooting), but athletes like him at his size are plentiful in the nba, and they can usually shoot a little better too.

Richardson played very agressive tonight and really made an impact.  He needs to continue like that.  If this is how he played in Europe, I understand why there was so much positive talk about his play there.

Mattis did have a nice shot to open the game from pretty far out, i think he needs some more confidence in his outside shot like Capko needed.
