HIRE A SPECIAL TEAMS COACH.  Leavitt needs to give this one up, we need someone to come in and coach special teams.

I don't mean to be the gadfly in your soup, but not too many NCAA programs have an exclusive Special Teams coach. Your limited on your coach numbers, each school usually has a different coach handling it, i.e. - Either Head Coach or some position coach (RBs Coach or someone similar.)

There are a few programs that do, but those schools usually have the Head Coach as an offensive or defensive coordinator. Spurrier had one for a few years at UF because he was the OC.

It's not very common though.
