The bottom line is that we all want USF to go to a Bowl game. Correct?  Look at it this way, they win Saturday they are 4-2 (1-1) in the Big East, that is not to bad. Ok, then they play a struggling North Carolina team, followed by the Cinn.  The way I see it, it is all positives!

Exactly, we are in good shape ... AND we should be getting a running game at UNC.

Much agreement.  We should beat UConn, probably beat UNC, can beat Cinn and 'Cuse, that leaves Pitt as a "reach" to win (right now the way we are playing, but could change with the "idiots" coming back), and probably losses to W.Vir and Louisville.

That makes us 6-6 or 7-5 and mid-pack Big East and a Bowl Game.

Not what I would like to have, but my eyes have been on next year as our big year ever since we were allowed to join the Big East.  And now with the young talent getting some playing time, it should happen. (But where-oh-where are the running backs???)

closing the gap my ass-- so we didn't have a dominating running game to use this season. If we don't have that one bad punt play, we win this game by 14, about what we beat them by last year.

I will agree that we didn't dominate them like we did last season-- but closing the gap is a matter of them having 19 returning starters to our handful.

YOU PROVED MY POINT

THE GAP WAS CLOSED

NO NEED TO GET SO FRIGGIN HOSTILE
