USFbulls0208 Posted October 3, 2006 Group: Member Topic Count: 133 Content Count: 1,482 Reputation: 35 Days Won: 1 Joined: 01/02/2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Actually, there have never been thundersticks or cowbells permitted at USF football games since USF joined a conference.  C-USA allows thundersticks but not cowbells.  The Big East does not allow any artificial noise makers.In fact, the officials can even penalize a team for the band playing during game action (after the snap).  15-yards, unsportsmanlike conduct on the bench.So, USF asks Raymond James security to enforce the policy to prevent our fans from causing problems for the team.and we dont need any more penalties than we already have Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
