win and the bills have a legitimate chance to be 8-2 going into UL game.  Loss, and I don't want to think about it.

you DO realize that we have road games between now and then, dont you?

yes but a win over "a ranked team" would give this team the confidence boost to win on road

football is a game of  big mo and a win would carry bulls to pitt game

bulls seem to do ok as home dog and i dont think rutgers is all that either.i thinkthey are getting way too much applause.

every "next game" is pivotal, not just the Rutgers game.

it's been like that since we started playing at USF. We cannot afford to think about or look past this game or put so much pressure on our team that it's this one or we're screwed.

This one would be nice for the team to get on the right track-- but I don't see it as sounding the death nell should they lose. Bottom line-- win 7 games and we have met what I think are realistic goals. It starts with win #4-- be that Rutgers, UConn, etc whoever. WE need to kick some butt and defend our home field.

I am missing something MikeG, RU is the most critical game this team will play this year because they lost last week to a team they could have beaten. They lose this game and a bowl game fades away.

I hate to see how expectations have subsided yet again for this team, I read a lot of posts from various posters in the summer suggesting 10 - 0, 9 - 1, etc. but now 7 wins is a good season. If this team does not have at least 8 wins, this season will be utter crap. USF's schedule is less then tough and should produce 8 - 9 wins and 10 would have been my stretch goal.

The Bills with P.J Losman at QB will not be 8-2.

The bills with TOM BRADY wouldn't make 8-2.
