1st 3 games, all run no pass vs. all pass no run?

It's crazy, but it has happened. We got our wish: a passing game. Be careful what you wish for, you might get it.

So, which is better for you Bulls, Andre carrying the offense, or Matt at the helm?

Remember how Andre ran all over the gnats last year? Well, what did Matt do to them this year...?

3-0! GO BULLS!

As long as we are 3-0  8-)

And Kansas does better against the run than the pass ... so it gets an extra vote for ALL passing  ;)

I feel good about when Ponton returns, but the Griffin injury could really hurt. Hope he isn't out long.

Go BULLS !!!

i'd rather have an awesome QB than an awesome RB, especially if the QB can also run.  but, we'll see how well we do the rest of the year and compare then.

It's incorrect to say we don't have a running game.  We don't have a traditional running game coming from our running backs, but check it out, Grothe is 3rd in the conference in rushing right now behind Rice and Slaton.  He very well end up having over 1000 yards on the ground.  moast of his runs are designed runs, not from scrambles.  That's the spread offense.  That's the offense we run.  of course it becomes more effective if we have a back that can block and/or option to.  it will also take some of the wear and tear from Grothe's body.  But let's not say we don't have a running game.  That is an inaccurate statement.

And I have yet to see GrothE hit hard.

GrothE will continue to run, but with a better RB, it will be less.

And we will have Ponton back for Game 7.

And GrothE will break more long runs and can't wait for him to take a long one to the house. He's come close a few times aleady.

Kansas will provide a nice national stage  8-)

Why the hell did you have to say that?

Can Grothe punt?  I can't believe that there is not a better punter among USF's 40k students.  The kid has cost us 2 td's in three games.  He has hands of stone.

Grothe's pooch was ugly.

The punter in the first game was Petrov, not Alvarado.  now they both have a TD against them.  The one against UCF was a stupid play by a freshman.  next time hopefully he just falls on the ball.

The only thing about getting Ponton back is that he may not be game ready.  He hasn't played in a game all season.  So, he'll either come out flat from his suspension or come out trying to prove something and go real big.  I hope for real big, but fear a shakey start.
